Long-term sound management will be examined through considerations of family customs and company codes as well as from various viewpoints including public welfare, regional characteristics, and female and foreign workers based on achieving the company philosophy. The source and transition of the spirit of shinise will be analysed to consider how they can be used in modern management on the basis of dynamics such as founding family equates to centripetal force, and globalisation equates to centrifugal force.
Conventional corporate values will be reviewed to try to redefine corporate values.
